Different pfs patient

I think that patients with pfs can be divided into two categories. The first is that they have started to take finasteride, which has side effects, impotence, penile numbness, orgasm disorder, and the other is taking finasteride for one or more years. I personally think that the second pfs patients who take finasteride for many years are more likely to recover and heal. Unfortunately, I am the first one, taking finasteride for two months, three years. Still no signs of improvement
