Covid booster question

I’m newish to pfs and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with getting Covid booster shots and how it affected their pfs symptoms? I’ve read about people getting a lot worse after having a bad Covid infection so I want to lessen the possibility of that by getting the new booster but not sure if the booster itself is risky?
