Constantly dreaming/ stuck in light sleep phase

Guys does this happen to you EVERY FUCKING DAY or mostly on working days ?

I find my sleep is totally destroyed by minimal stressor like “having to wake up to work next day”…

You could say: its job related stress, but the truth is I managed to work a few days from home and I slept fine those days…

On the weekend is ± fine.

my brain fog peaks tuesdays and wednesdays, and its better at weekends.
its about hormone levels imo…
