chi what does your typical climate look like versus from when you were on vacation? is there any other factors you can think of you did or DID NOT do (maybe you stopped GHB for a day or two and that could’ve caused a bounce back or something) on your vacation that had an impact on your bounce back recovery? i never really improve 100%… i always seem flat…

you have actually recovered from penis curvature?
there are options for this… there is some peyroines websiet that gives you many different types of vitamins and supplements to help treat it. the biggest is vitamin E because of its ability to hear scar tissue. although… watch your body if you take it… some may have a negative reaction to it for reasons outside of my understanding.
Bryce, it’s not scar tissue. This is a giant misconception. I developed the penile bend over night from the crash. My dopler and others showed no significant contributory calcification that would cause this. In fact, one endo almost fell out of his chair when he heard something like this can occur overnight
yes you are right… some people did experience this over night, so there must be some other cause if what you say is true. i will try to look into this a little more as now im curious. have you experienced a more prominent curvature after eating certain foods? more specifically, have you experienced it when eating animal protein by any chance?

Here is some advice for you. It took me almost 2 years to work this out, but I believe this to be the 3 things you need to do (+ there is 1 side effect of this) in order to recover. Keep this up for 6 months and you will at the very least get significant improvement in your condition:
[Size=4]1. Get up at 6AM EVERY DAY and do not ‘lie in’. Be strict.[/size]
If you want the reasoning behind this, read ‘The Effortless Sleep Method’ by Sasha Stevens. There are other tips too, but this is the one to fundamentally change how your body starts working. Keep this up for 6 months.
[Size=4]2. Exercise daily between 6AM - 7AM. [/size]
Go for a short run and then do a short routine of compound exercises, include pull-ups and bench press. Log your progress.
[Size=4]3. Take a freezing cold shower after 1 & 2, take another freezing cold shower before bed in the evening[/size]
This is proven to raise T, the effects will be huge after the exercise you performed in the morning. It’s important not to have eaten, otherwise your body will be concentrating on digesting, instead of burning fat, raising T and recovering from the exercise. You’ll start to look forward to these after a while.
The side effect of 1, 2 & 3 will be:
[Size=4]4. Much better, uninterrupted, deeper and more refreshing sleep[/size]
This is where the healing happens. There will be a few bumps in the road to start with, but over time, with the above protocol, your body will start to sleep normally again.
The are some other underlying principles:
[] Only drink fresh spring water, (preferably include 3 litres before 12PM)
[] Take 2 drops of iodine after breakfast in the spring water
That’s it. I think it’s pretty obvious that some of the above would be beneficial, but you do not understand how powerful these 3 main things are to fight your PFS and win. As a final passing comment, I do believe that there is a gut element to PFS (90% of neurosteroids are in the gut by the way), so check out that Primal Body Primal Mind book and ensure you eat the right things. Do your own research on this.
I am no longer taking GHB or GABApentin, stopped a while ago.

Dear Chi can you tell how having cold showers etc. can reverse my only pfs symptoms that are erectile dysfunction when i am ok complete impotence when i am bad, and then premature ejaculation and changed penile tissue?

Deeper sleep does not make you better, I can’t believe people haven’t figure this out. Our sleep problems are a result of PFS, not a cause. It’s like saying to fix our low libido we have to get more aroused on a daily basis. Sleep has absolutely nothing to do with it.
yeah i agree with this… but if you do have sleep problems, you def. want to improve it… but it doesnt mean you’ll fix your PFS libido issues.
I think it is very clear that this regimen does not address some of the physical side effects that we have experienced. However, it’s rather astonishing to me that some people can overlook the proven correlation between poor sleep and depression, “brain fog” (which is often tied in to depression), and lowered libido. And to speak on waking up early, it is prime time for testosterone levels. Even if I get a lot of sleep at night… if I choose to stay in bed until 2:00 in the afternoon, I am almost without fail going to have a crummier day. It’s very psychological… I know I should not be in bed that long, and every time I do so I wake up with regret to start my day. Falling into bad patterns/habits plays a much larger part in this disease than I think people realize. Depression is very real for us, and perhaps a large part of it is biological and beyond our control, but there is, on the other hand, parts of it that we do have control over, and in tweaking those things you can improve your lifestyle and make things better.

Had to re-read this in your profile, half believing it for a while at 3am, not putting anything past this dreadful drug. Glad to see you kept your sense of humour rather than opting for insanity. Your’s is one of those rare, incredibly positive stories and i was glad to read it. Hope things continue well for you. I’m getting back to a routine of regular gym work and it’s providing me with substantial improvements across the board, so i can relate to your story to an extent. I may tailor my routine to a more stricter level such as your’s and see how i go.

I decided to do something to tackle Dancing and Talking penis, because these worsened my sleep issues. Glowing in the dark penis I decided to keep, because I actually felt this to be a positive side effect rather than negative. For example, when waking up to go to toilet in the middle of the night all those times, I realised bad idea to switch the light on. It engages the brain, wakes me up, prevents falling back into deep restful sleep. Glowing in the dark penis basically means I can piss into the bowl with the lights off, while the glow illuminates the toilet bowl to ensure I don’t miss!

You took it pretty far but it was a great effort, made me laugh, thanks for that. I’m always forgetting to be silly and ridiculous, but it’s no surprise considering the side effects you inherit with this condition. It’s a relief to find humour amongst the painful and serious search for answers.
