I haven’t read this topic thoroughly to know what is Chi’s detox-protocol but since you are doing the whole gut rehab - thing then fwiw:

When I was doing water fasting, first week I had good energy and clear thinking. Then come second week and I got some insane boils appearing all over my upper torso (didn’t take any detox measures, just riding it out) and for a good whole week I was really tired/fatigued (this was the second week so it was obviously detoxing). At the end of the second week my fatigue was slowly improving, becoming less intense in the middle of the day. Supposedly the hours when I would have had good energy would had become more if I had continued with the fast but I stopped at the 14th day.

So basically, Jorden try order any detox stuff, like Bentonite Clay and see if it affects your fatigue. If it does then it’s detox for sure.

The fasting did really improve a lot of my gut issues btw. You might want to consider putting a fasting episode anywhere in your protocol, even with low body fat. I bet you got fat in your thighs and buttocks (if you have any of the classic PFS changes) and that stuff takes some good time to go - it’s most likely due to adrenal issues.

Anyways, if you can hold on to the protocol then you are a top contender for recovery mate. Good luck!

Exercise (i do weightlifting and running with sprints) helps with the fatigue but it is not a sollution. In about three weeks i’ll go on a vacation and then i will only eat healthy but no detox. I am curious if the fatigue stops or maybe it has already stopped by then.

I already use bentonite clay everyday.

And i don’t have any fat left. I lost a lot of weight (don’t know how much) and that means i don’t have that much fat left anymore. This happened when i switched to a paleo diet in march of this year and i was afraid of eating food (some foods gave me brainfog). But i am now gaining weight again because i know what foods help and which foods give me brainfog.

Thanks for the support (i need it). Altough i feel better than a two months back (i don’t have the little crashes with depression and anxiety anymore).

Luck and natural recovery? He spent three years hard at work making drastic changes in lifestyle to facilitate recovery. What the fuck do you know? What do you do all day to feel better? Drink? I bet you drink a lot right?
I’m reaching year two in recovery and I’m feeling much much much better. I’m doing almost the same thing, with the exception of more fruits during the day. Take your shitty attitude somewhere else.

You can do all the dieting, juicing and fasting you like but it’s the studies that will cure this.

There are guys that were in excellent shape, took fin., and got PFS. Staying fit and slim makes sense but it doesn’t do shit for PFS. Time and luck help. Everything else is placebo.

Go ahead and be a guinea pig for these studies. I’m sure it’ll all be worth it but by then the drug would have probably been pulled off the market anyways or some safer remedy for hairloss will have been available and propecia will become obsolete. Then drink some more and bitch and moan on this website some for another decade or more while I fuck bitches and lay on the beach enjoying recovery in the near future. I think I will have that fruit juice now, thanks.

If a few supplements and fitness are fixing your problems your very lucky. Maybe you shouldn’t be wasting your time here. If I felt that good I wouldn’t be wasting time here myself.

I was hoping I wouldn’t waste my time here by at least trying to infuse some hope in this way of going about it with diet, lifestyle, and exercise. But all I’ve gotten is backlash or extreme skepticism. Some pill got you in this mess and some pill will get you out right? Ok, if you say so. If I make a full recovery (hopefully within a year or two) you will hear from me again.

I don’t think a pill is going to get us out of this mess. The array of symptoms is unbelievable. It crosses so many medical disciplines. The studies are a first step. Chi very well may have got better. I think there are severity levels within PFS. There are some of us that can hardly function let alone workout. A couple weeks ago I did what I consider a light workout and it fucked me up for several days.

I’ve got an idea bizzbee. Since guys like Paul are flying in from the UK to take part in the studies, maybe you can see if you are eligible, since, you know, you live in the same state that they are taking place. Maybe it’s time for you to be a part of the team instead of a part of the problem.
