I haven’t read this topic thoroughly to know what is Chi’s detox-protocol but since you are doing the whole gut rehab - thing then fwiw:
When I was doing water fasting, first week I had good energy and clear thinking. Then come second week and I got some insane boils appearing all over my upper torso (didn’t take any detox measures, just riding it out) and for a good whole week I was really tired/fatigued (this was the second week so it was obviously detoxing). At the end of the second week my fatigue was slowly improving, becoming less intense in the middle of the day. Supposedly the hours when I would have had good energy would had become more if I had continued with the fast but I stopped at the 14th day.
So basically, Jorden try order any detox stuff, like Bentonite Clay and see if it affects your fatigue. If it does then it’s detox for sure.
The fasting did really improve a lot of my gut issues btw. You might want to consider putting a fasting episode anywhere in your protocol, even with low body fat. I bet you got fat in your thighs and buttocks (if you have any of the classic PFS changes) and that stuff takes some good time to go - it’s most likely due to adrenal issues.
Anyways, if you can hold on to the protocol then you are a top contender for recovery mate. Good luck!
