Body odor getting really strong again

Anything you taking besides St. John’s wort and Creatine/other vitamins?

I qctually cut down on the st johns wort. Still feel fine . I quit all other vitamins also . I take a probiotic thats about it. I drink 5 cups off coffee in the morning i don’t know if that has made a difference lol. I think the running and working out has finally begun to catch up with me after all this time. My sex dr8ve has been all time high the past couple nights . Had sex with my girl and was ready to go again after. Have not had that in ages lol . Qnd I still take creatine but I cut back on that also because I’ve been eating a hight meat diet and creatin is in red meat naturally. Sorry for spelling. Im at work

Yes i think the probiotic has helped honestly . My loose stooles and diarrhea has pretty much disappeared also. Maybe this thing messes up our gut bacteria or somthing . I read a ton of scientific studies about the guilt brain connection and how certain strains increase production of follicle stimulating hormones and lutinising hormone. So i got this very expensive brand of probitoic for men and it seems to have worked wonders

I´ve started to develop under arm body odor after my Proviron cycle. This really surprise me a lot. I think it has nothing to do with testosterone, since my testosterone is high anyway. Might be by the androgen receptors starting to wake up.

It´s really cool that you said this. Nobody cares for details, but we have to keep an eye open for everything.

Yup i really think the same thing. The moment my body odor got really strong so did my libido and erections . My girl went down on me and i got hard real quick lol. And I was able to hold the erection without self stimulation. Just by mental stimulation. The effects have not dissipated yet

What time do you sleep in general? I mean, the last months since you get recovery.

Whats the pattern you want me to try . Im having a hard time following what your saying. . If you mean go to bed earlier I already lay in bed at like 10ish

I had always slept 12pm to 1. Today i´m sleeping 10pm. I´m feeling much better with this pattern. Would you mind to try?

My sleep is 100% recovered and i only wake up with an earth quake or a nuclear bomb or my phone.

Haha I’m glad your sleeping better. Ive been trying to fix my sleep ever since I’ve gotten clean off drugs. Has never been the same . But whats the regimine your trying to have me try ??

Its completly normal AR are related to creation of body odor or sweat.

Actually when I have had some of this windows of completly reversal using Soya, body odor came back also.

Yes, I mean to go to the bed ealier at 10pm.

Thats when im usually in bed. It definitely helps. And I try to not stray far from that time on the weekends either

Guys seriously im like cured . Sex drive is back, I can hold an erection having sex i can get mentally stimulated , depression non existant ,anxiety is almost non existant (have always had anxiety and insomnia ), i smell like a hoagie lol. Ive noticed that body odor had a strong corolation with my recovery . Came back really strong like i had a huge surge of hormones now it has leveled out to normal like before. Yesterday I had sex with my girl and my erection came just with thoughts. Woke up today she hugged me and i got an erection. After a year of pain and suffering I have had a steady 3 mo ths of recovery . Getting better every week. Ive changed diet completely. I only eat fish meat eggs and nuts . I still eat some carbs like bread and crackers here and there. I can runa. Mile at a steady 6.5 miles an hour in 11 mins. When i first started I was running .7 in 20 that was 2 weeks ago. I qlso wanted to state that I cut out all the crazy suplements I was taking. All I take now is a probiotic, very low does of st johns wort(i have been weaning my self off , have had no bad effects lowering dose . I feel like cycling creatine has helped my body better regulate hormones by the way. Im not recommending any one try it tho i have seen horror stories about pfs and creatine. But it helped me. I felt 10 times worse at first with it but over time I got used to it. I crashed hard when I first started it but i pushed trough it the best I could. Maybe it paid off and that was my body just adjusting to the surge of dht and testoterone that creatien increases with lifting . Who knows tho. I hope this helps someone. I will not leave the site like others have either. I want to help people… and ive stated before that I had this bad. Blurry vision, nerve pain, twitches. Tremmors, no libido , brain fog(i thought i was brain damaged for a while) ,penil numbness, ball pain,prostate pain, really bad Ed, watery ejacualte (yesterday when I finished it came out thick and white, sorry if thats gross. And I wanted to add before when I would Ejaculate it would just drop out now it shoots out . I need to fill out the survey by the way. I keep meaning too i will do it later today. Oh and i had exercise intolerance without the ability to gain muscle. I am ripped now . I was down to 160lbs at 6ft 1 now I am 185 lbs of muscle.

I would say they helped on top of working out heavy and running . Eating well too. Im pushed my self to live the way I used to before I took the poison. But like i said im not telling anyone to try the creatine because ive seen on here it can make people worse and i don’t want to be the reason for that. Use at your own discretion. And once i lowered the st johns wort i noticed libido came back shortly after . I think it cuases sexual sides just like an anti depressent . But it helped me get my mind right from suicidal thoughts and depression. And I use a lot of nicotine . That raises dht also. I was a heavy smoker before this. I cut down to zyn pouches tho. Only thing in the pouches is nicotine and mint flavor . Maybe that helped also. If anyone has questions feel free to message me i can answer questions with more detail
