That is a good thing, the researchers will note that they had trouble finding guys who did NOT have side effects from Propecia. This could blow up in Merck’s face, I am more concerned with finding a cure/treatment then trying to get money out of Merck. As much as I would like to and feel I deserve it, for now I want these people to find some kind of solution to this.
I am not shocked at this point that they can’t find guys who didn’t have sides from PFS, I believe there are A LOT of PFS sufferers out there and they have no idea they have it. Think about it, guys have hairloss, they take propecia, their life goes to hell, it’s depression, it’s ED, and many of these guys have never been on testosterone before, so they don’t know what they are missing. I know a guy who went on test and had good numbers and no response, and he had kind of thinning but salvaged hair, the finasteride look, it only today occurred to me why he wasn’t responding to test, he probably has PFS and doesn’t know it.
I talked to Allen today … the doctor running the study… I told him about my new protocol and he said go with it… He said after a person stops propecia … after 90 days after the last pill the condition does not get worse, it gets better with time… i told him that i respond well to trt and he said i am lucky… he said go with the new protocol… He told me they are trying to come up with a validated explanation that this is real!! Once they prove its REAL then there will be other studies to figure out if they can put there finger on anything to fix it… I told him so basically they are never gonna take finasteride off the market because of bph… so yall are doing what yalll are doing so yall can sell it to sell right along with propecia and make money… He said correct!!! Sothey are trying but he couldn’t promise anything… I told him about my symptoms and all and he said it doesnt sound to him like i was hit that bad… However keep ure fingers crossed guys… They are trying… He said after 90 days after u stop taking it… the symptoms will not get any worse… as long as u don’t take finasteride anymore…ure symptoms may persist but will not get any worse
unless you start pumping your body full or hormones etc,then things can get a lot worse believe me…
We all tried to tell you. If your responding to TRT and can think clearly. Feel your dick and body. Your not that bad off.
Good news is after 2 years things start improving as well!!! Penis has restored to full size and sensitivity with no coldness. That’s 2.5 years after last pill. They don’t know shit about this syndrome

Just trying to fix the mild ed with this new protocol… im almost there man… Progesterone has brought back spontaneous erections… and 9 days into this dick is harder when I do get an erection on injections thatn it was on topical… soft erections are getting harder…
my advice to anyone who wants to listen is steer well clear of progesterone cream,if you think your sides cant get any worse think again,this stuff has the potential to make you a lot worse than you already are,im always very suspicious of people who havent been on this site for two minutes and are claiming to have found the answer etc and trying to talk everyone into taking hormones etc…
Researchers who have authority admit pfs is a proplem at cellular level. To take simple hormones and manipulate your body even more is not smart idea.

Yes I know its for women. Doc had t compounded at at pharmacy… its an ai. Progesterone 25mg/ chrysin/40 mg…i am also starting to have hard morning wood on this protocol
I asked my HRT doctor about progesterone and he said “it makes guys dopey and depressed, bad idea.” Why don’t you try cutting out the progesterone, I think it is just the low dose test and HCG that is helping you.
