Androgen receptor overexpression and sensitivity to hormones reversed by epigenetic therapy that restores Pur-α to a transcriptional repressor complex of AR deregulated in HRPC

Maybe it doesn’t seem that dangerous, but only for D-BHB which is the main chiral form of BHB and is produced during exercise and of course during ketosis. Keto esters (D-BHB) have been researched by Oxford and the NIH for over 15 years, but keto ester products all contain stevia which is an endocrine disruptor. BHB salts contain 50% or more L-BHB which isn’t something that’s naturally occurring in the body. Its effects on the body are largely unknown.

You Know what ? Everything that we eat is an endocrine disruptor, since sea salt, tomatoes, olive oil, and the list goes on, afraid to take or eat every single thing is not going anywhere.
I am fine, I sleep good last night, morning erections, libido is fine too,
You can wait to recover naturally if you want.

I get it, my guy. You think I am overly paranoid, but I have my reasons for being extra careful while I know that many others here shouldn’t worry as much. I used to be able to eat anything like you but then I ended back here on this forum after a supplement mishap and ever since then I’ve developed a sensitivity to many things. I wouldn’t be here having this conversation with you if I never took those cacao nibs in the first place. Others like anhedonicape and Dubya have a similar story regarding methyl donors.

Stevia can act as a progesterone antagonist and agonizes catsper. For the former maybe that’s good or bad for us, I am not sure.

Anyway, back to the BHB. I am glad to hear you’re continuing to sleep well so that’s incredible news. How has it improved your sleep so far, by the way? I don’t mind recovering more slowly and I am willing to weigh all the risks vs benefits before trying so I look forward to updates from the sideline.

Thank you for finding out about this, it gives us hope.

So I was doing some quick browsing and saw this.
Thats funny I literally just had this blood test.
It was in range.
Are you familiar with th1 vs th2 immunity?
The balance of pro inflammatory and anti inflammatory responses.
im more so looking at swinging things towards a th1 bias myself. Immune stimulation.
immune regulation. Upregulated, downregulated. How about just regulated?

I understand Bro, let me try for awhile BHB, and let see what happen next, I will start my second bottle tonight.

It is an interesting idea. Maybe the progress for some with paleo/carnivore/keto, fasting, hiit (replenishes glycogen), weightlifting (replenishes glycogen), has something to do with the ketogenic state with production from bhb. Might be nonsense, but an interesting idea nevertheless…

Which bottle is that?

Definetly fast has been around the forums for a long time

I just learned that exposure to coldnes leads to a ketogenic state. Think of swimming in cold water, etc… Another part of some recovery storys.

I just finished my fasting (7days, only water + 12-40km cycling/day), didn’t help at all. Maybe I should fast more days? 2 weeks? A month?

7 days is not bad at all. But even longer fast might be worth a try, if you are able to do it and have enough wheight obviously. Ketone production keeps rising even after 7 days. Might be good if you can measurre if you are in ketosis to verify (Google how to do that). And obviously it might be good to eat a ketogenic diet at non fasting days.

But I am just starting that path right now and so far it’s just an interesting idea to me. So can’t confirm any success right now. Might stil be nonsense…

And something to add: If one believes in the recovery stories, most of them had no dramatic immediate improvements, it was a process over many months.

Maybe look at wim Hof method.

Know him…
In my city is a cryo chamber nearby, probably going to experiment with that. But I guess more important will be having a ketogenic diet over a longer period of time…

I tried methylprednisolone, I bought 4mg tables (the minimun one) I think I made 3 day, and was something like 2-2-4, the last day I got ill and had to expend all the next day in bed.

Today is the day after being in bed all day, 30hours ago I went up in bed feeling very bad and I throwed up I thought in that moment that could be something rela ted to liver being so chaged.

Anyways my brain fog is high right now, I dont feel hungry at all, I think I could have been adrennal supressed, the illness is better Im woke up.

Sorry to hear that. Maybe it gets worse before it gets better.

Actually those side effects seem serious after I looked them up. Should probably get checked up by a doctor to make sure things are OK.

Take care. A thought had definitely crossed my mind to try it when i was feeling particularly horrible. But i have decided to just stick with herbs and such for now and improve slowly.

Is it not better to do one pill and see how it goes? To wait a bit and see if just one pill did anything before trying two? How did you come up with the 2-2-4 regime?

When finasteride can cause affects with a single 1mg pill, it means we must be extremely careful with dosing.

4mg is the lowest pill they come in 4.16.40mg . Itried prednisone in the past with different results, I dont know anywaysI feel better.

How have you been doing with the BHB, Moonchild?
