I am a japanese pfs patient. Itās 6 months since I was crashed. I have a set of sexual symptoms and Gynecomastia and Muscle Wastage and Weakness. So far no improvement.
Your recovery story really cheers me up! I have Gynecomastia, too. Did you get Rid of your Gynecomastia?
Hi, just wish to give an quick update, I almost forgot pfs since late 2023, and doing really good until the end of last year. although my libido was still low, but I can always have decent sex with pde5 and get orgasm most of the time. So I slept with over 100 girls during 2023 to 2025, just like a revenge spending, I also finished uni in New Zealand in 2023 and got a master degree in Australia in 2024.
But I suffered a mini crash since the end of the last year, maybe due to a bad Covid infection, seasonal affective disorder and maybe the inadaptation of the first year of working a job. Although it is not as bad as the first crash, I am in struggling and fighting this again, just feel free to talk with me and ask any question as we shall fight this shit together!

Hi aki, my Gyno is very mild and I donāt really care it, my remaining concerns are libido and psychogenic erection, I miss them so much and desperately want them back.
Hi I just wish to report back that Iāve been worsened by trazodone and mirtazapine, I feel it should mostly impute to mirtazapine. I foolishly took these two ADs due to the bad insomnia and anxiety exaggerated by my job at the begining of this year, I took 16 days of Trazodone 25-50mg per day from 2.25-3.12 and 7.5mg mirtazapine on 3.26. I noticed less morning erections and less spontaneous erections immediately after that one dose of mirtazapine, and havenāt recovered to my original baseline before these two ADs until today.
I feel so regret as before that I can always get spontaneous erection if I took sildenanfil before sex, right now I will need oral stimulations by girls most of the time, which is so furstrating. I was so naive as I even wished that these two ADs can be pro-sex before I was taking them, as I read some articles said these two ADs sometimes relieved some pssd patients. Guys just stay away from all ADs please.
