14 Day Water Fast - My Improvements

started a bone broth fast today.

I am hoping to make 14 days because that’s how long it takes to starve pathogens and SIBO.

I cant water fast due to low aldosterone. My electrolytes get way too messed up.

Il do 21 days if i can. Depends how weak i get…

Why not get a fecal transplant instead? I would if it was available in Turkey. It’s quite safe afaik, when done in a good clinic.

Its safe and cheap to do at hone

i would do it if i had a donor. Im housebound so got noone to donate. Plus i need the donor to be tested and i have 0$

start water fast tomorrow.

I fast till recovery or death.

i seen a story in the daily mail online the other day about a woman whos little boy had autism, the kid couldn’t even talk etc,she took him for a fecal transplant and all the kids symptoms reversed, talking again and everything, hes body was full of pathogens, apparently they are using it to treat loads of things,m.s, parkinsons, etc, have a look on the daily mail site, sounds very interesting, theres a clinic in Herefordshire does it,im seriously thinking of getting it done…

Im doing a fecal transplant next week

let us know how it goes douglasmitch,is it just the one treatment or is it a few treatments over a few days etc???,got my fingers crossed for ye…

thanks robbo. It is my last hope. If you are rich you should go to the taymont clinic. They have very high quality implants.

If you are not rich (like me) find a healthy donor, test them and do it yourself.

I am doing it at home. I am doing as many as possible, but i will start with 10. If i see results then i will keep doing them maybe once a week. If no results then i will find another donor.

Autism is similar to pfs in some ways. THe kids can be healthy one day then wake up fucked. … and stay like that for years… just like with pfs.

if fecal transplants can help them… then i have hope.

Update

I did 7 Fecal transplants 3 weeks ago. I have not had any improvements in my hormonal symptoms or my gastrointestinal problems. As i suspected hormones are a much more powerful modulator of gastrointestinal health then the actual microbiota. I will mention that my stools now smell like my donors so the transplant was successful. But it has not helped me in anyway. Keep in mind however that i only tested my donor for pathogens. He did not eat a perfect diet and i had no idea what his microbiome was like.

I still think it is worth a try, especially at a top clinic like the Taymont Clinic in the UK. They have the best donors possible eating up to 100 different foods per month to create great diversity in the donor material.

Just thought i would give an update for anyone that was interested.
