Was off fin for a year with nearly all sides dissapearing after 6 months.
Just started taking zinc and found myself having those sides again.
Depression like feeling, elevated aggression, weak orgsasms.
Really weird and if anyone knows why then please let me know.

Zinc inhibits 5AR
@AaronF is correct, many people here have reported zinc has affected them. You should take this as a warning, imo and be careful to avoid other 5ar interacting substances.
My last blood labs showed too high zinc levels. Do you think by lowering I could improve my symptoms?
