nothing works,but before i knew that i tested sjw and pramipexole in vain

used 5-6 AD before this.Had mild erecttile dysfunction but fixed with tribulus.Now full blown pssd which looks more like pfs than pssd cause of crash after stopping.Personally wont test anything but Azacitidine and Prep medication.We all know that gene silencing has occurred (methylation) of some genes/receptors.Ex. GABA-i have no reaction to benzos,alcohol etc…

The only fix is a demethylating agent and specifically Azacitidine cause it works on RNA which occurs in every known cell,not just proliferating where Decitibine works only.I see a single guy tested it from the few thousands here,but even though i have pssd for 4-5 months i will be testing it and keeping log in the next months when i manage to get a hold off.As for the prep its modulation of AR receptors,/genes may solve partialy the problem, but i will test it after it arrives to me.

Train of thought is good but we don’t “all know gene silencing has occurred” this what we are assuming since a lot of you guys have androgen insensitivity symptoms. This still needs to be proved by science.

I thought you were referring to the androgen receptor. But, i’ve read that study before but I wish they spoke more about their patients and their symtoms rather than just their findings.

just popped 10 mg tamoxifen to counter my testicular shrinkage

but i have changed my views and i think azacitidine is a shot in the dark too

It has been confirmed by members of the PSSD forum that Zadig777 is no longer with us. A family member alerted users of a social media group for discussion of PSSD of this sad occurrence.

We had our disagreements and altercations, but ultimately, I wished for him to find some relief and I believe other members of this community generally harbor good intentions, even towards those they don’t interact with well.

I also believe zadig felt the same as he was desperately searching for a way out through experimentation with multiple treatments. He did lighten the mood a little at times with his brand of humor.

A 21 year-old young man has lost his life to what is presumed to be this condition we shared with him.

This gave a shock to me beyond rational comprehension. Day by day, i realize how collective and divine the human pain really is. It’s beyond language, beyond race. I am at my room alone, literally crying for a person which i didn’t know anything about him. And i know each of us experienced same emotions inside.This whole experience ties us up together in so many deep levels which i just realized.

I believe in an another world, not in a religious way… I believe he will be on tall hills which made of soft green grass that each piece of grass reflecting the sun’s light. And a slow, musical wind passing by from his sight. A final lament of the nature to say goodbye to our loved ones. Remembering our mistakes in our lives and accepting our fate… Nobody has ever deserved this. I believe into those hills, we will meet there one day… one day we will saw each other from far away in tall green grass. He was at the same age as me, so young. Who knows what his life would be in the future if he never took that drug? Rest in peace brother. @zadig777
