Another finasteride video from this guy? He’s fast becoming the chief huckster operating in this “space”. And make no mistake, this is now a commercial space, a gap in the market:
What to do before you ever take finasteride
What to do if taking finasteride goes wrong for you.
The answers to those two things are: There’s nothing you can do prior to taking the drug to mitigate against the development of PFS if you have the predisposition to it and there is no known treatment. “More Plates More Dates”, however, has different answers, dangerously inaccurate ones to be sure, but ones which make the pensive hair loss sufferer more comfortable about using this drug he’s heard so much bad press about. The limited options available to the man losing his hair, plus the by now well reported (but not officially recognised) dangers of finasteride cause all manner of anxiety and indecision amongst men seeking to treat their MPB. You see it repeatedly on hair loss talk and the like, this agonising over whether they should start finasteride or not. When “More Plate More Dates” writes extensive articles on his website with sections such as “How to reverse Post Finasteride Syndrome”, he peddles a enormously dangerous (and alluring) lie, as I’ve wrote of before
In addition to the commission he makes from all the hyperlinked supplements in his PFS articles, he’s now hawking a six hundred and fifty dollar “Comprehensive Pre-Finasteride” blood test. THERE IS NO PRE-FINASTERIDE BLOOD TEST. NO PRE-FINASTERIDE BLOOD READING WILL HELP YOU IF YOU DEVELOP THIS DISEASE. THE WORLD’S LEADING EXPERTS ON PFS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE PREDISPOSITION TO DEVELOPING IT IS AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT IT.
Kevin Mann is a highly odious character who steadfastly refuses to accept that PFS exists. This guy though, this guy acknowledges that there’s a problem, a very big and serious problem, but claims he knows how to solve it (and takes a cut on the links to those solutions). He does this despite no qualification, no clinical experience with PFS patients, no recognition of the existing medical literature on the disease. Unethical, unscrupulous, indecent.
Your right about the fact that there is no cure and surely this guy is pushing the test in order to get people to buy stuff thereafter from the website.
The only thing i did find useful from the video is the full list of variables to check whether to see if anything is off on a hormonal level…
Havent seen much vids from the guy. He does come across like somebody that is speaking from his own experience, he admits that anything that impacts the hormones may cause side effects in certain individuals (unlike Kevin). Dude is using anabolics icm with fin/dutasteride etc etc. He’s got a body like a machine, thats not prone to any of the side effects.
