Does anyone have trouble writing in an organized manner? It seems like I have trouble keeping my thoughts organized when I write, which hurts my ability to do my job. Anyone else having this issue? Maybe it isn’t related.

I have had it. Thankfully it has subsided.
I was a very good drafter and often compiled reports / papers for work! My skills have somewhat deteriated. I can’t spell and my grammar is poor, concentration and executive function are impaired. It hasn’t improved for me!
i know what you mean, i suffer mostly from neuro sides
after 1 year of quitting dutasteride a lot of those sides got better. still not optimal though, but much better.
