Something that might be helpful would be a petition of medical professionals against the use of finasteride for hair loss. Doctors will be taken more seriously than us and if you could get enough doctors to put their names down as being against the drug, it could be a meaningful wake up call to the FDA.
I’m sure Mew could set up something on the main site whereby doctors can register themselves as anti-propecia.
I want these drug executives from Merck to be questioned infront of congress just like Goldman and Sachs are being questioned infront of congress and press criminal charges against these frauds.
Get a grip. It takes plenty more than a bunch of guys with long-term side effects to hold a company like Merck guilty of “criminal charges”.
If you want to make a case, make a case and talk about a class action. Don’t post grandiose, unrealistic things like this and expect a serious response. Don’t get me wrong - Merck is legally a guilty party in this situation, but let’s deal in reality.

unfortunately, I have to agree with 3pm. I hate Merck and I believe they should be held accountable for what this drug has done to so many men, but you have to think about how political officials deal with situations like this. Merck has not been found guilty of anything.
If you got any response at all, they would most likely refer you to the FDA; and tell you to file a complaint with them and wish you the best of luck.

Look, you can talk all you want. Action is what will make things happen. If you want to take action, look into legal matter or contact the media, scientists and university professors to generate awareness of our plight.

If anyone had any sense, they’d create a succinct dossier (say, 2 or 3 A4 pages length) with the problem, important findings etc, and send it off machine gun quick fire style to say, 100 endos and andrologists.
Would cost about 50 to 100 dollars, and about 3 or 4 hours in time.
Will anyone do this? No. You’re all big talkers. Most guys here are pathetic; logging on talking about how flaccid their cocks are. Why can’t they direct their energy appropriately and effectively?

True to my word, I’m doing exactly that in Australia. Should be about 50 recipients (endos and andrologists) of the dossier around Australia. Should receive it in 2 weeks or so. Bring on the replies.

dude this shit has already happened with other drugs like accutane there was CONGRESS meetings and congressman people said quotes like this that absolutely blasted the fda and this company :

sorry to be negative but there is nothing that can be done these are multi billion dollar companies and the numbers of suffering these side effects are to low, dont get me wrong it it well in the thousands and probably hundreds of thousands but its not enough people. just focus on recovery and give up trying to get merck. for the longest time i just wanted to kill and bomb the company that makes accutane ( roche ) they actually got voted #1 corporate criminals of the 90’s, but this company HAS been questioned many times in front of congress and some things have changed, but the cycle has contiuned on regaurdless. generating awareness is productive but trying to take down these companies is unrealistic, please just wake up to reality. also if you seriosuly think the FDA gives a fuck about people like us your sorely mistaken
