Workout

So I realized by trial and error that my mental sides show up after 6-7 days of no workout. Every three days I need some physical workout. It is as important as sleeping, eating, etc. Question: What type of workout schedule works bed for you? Do you do cardio, or heavy lifts, or both? Thanks.

i have found swimming to be the best for me … i am one of the people that has major issues if they overdo exercise, so do be somewhat “gentle”
