Workout and almonds

In the last weeks i started to eat a lot of almonds, and i do ab workout before bed, and i feel better.
I am horny all the time.
I started to eat almonds because i saw it on chines health paper.
The say that it is good for libido to eat every 3 hours 10 almonds and palms.

The erections is better but not 100%.

yeah here to.
when i played football for example , and run and run , my body feels dead after that session.
my endure became better in summer when i played more than in the winter .
but its so frustratiing…
