Will time heal joint pain?

I got so much joint pain in knees, lower back and neck after quitting. Also got muscle pain in legs and arms…Any1 know what this is? and will it get better with time?

You might want to read this thread: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2464&start=40 Lots of sun and exercise can make your spine and body feel normal again for a few hours.

That might be classic calcium-magnesium deficiency causing calf cramps and forearm pain which is common even without pfs. Make sure to take vitamin k2 (very important for the calcium to work correctly in my pfs experience) and try magnesium oil spray on your legs and back.

Generally you will continue to deteriorate and lose muscle and bone mass if you do not cure the root causes which are somewhat known but complex. I recently found noticeable benefits from this: jarrow.com/product/212/True_CMO I had severe joint pain in my elbows from trying barbell curls and once triggered the weak joint would not heal for weeks and made it impossible to do any kind of exercise or I would reaggravate the injury. I went through a couple types of collagen and Wobenzym N and didn’t notice any difference and I’ve tried most of the common joint supplements in previous years but CMO is the only one that seems to have helped me heal and prevent tweaks from pfs related body weakness.
