Wikipedia Now Citing PFS on Finasteride Page...

I just saw that the Wikipedia finasteride page…

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finasteride

…makes reference to PFS, as follows:

“In 2012, an advocacy group called the Post-Finasteride Syndrome Foundation was formed; the group coined the phrase ‘post finasteride syndrome’ which they say is characterised by sexual, neurological, hormonal and psychological side effects that can persist in men who have taken finasteride for hair loss or an enlarged prostate.”[29][30]

That would seem to be good news – and clears the way for someone publishing a dedicated PFS page on Wikipedia, right?

Not sure how that gets done, but if anyone knows, we should definitely pursue it.

I think as long as you say Post-Finasteride Syndrome Foundation is the one claiming the syndrome exists we should be fine. I would guess wikipedia would not accept a text claiming PFS is a fact. It could start like this:

“Post-Finasteride Syndrome is an expression coined by an advocacy group called Post-Finasteride Syndrome Foundation. They describe it as …”

I think it is better than nothing.
