Why not ask Merck for help?

There are several reasons i put this idea forward, it is logical to do this;

  1. We where/are customers of theirs.

  2. They will have the best experts/equipment necessary for a diagnosis, especially with a problem as difficult as this.

  3. It is in their interest to help, it could be cheaper than a lawsuit (and anyway if we are going to sue this would be the first step anyway, asking for them to correct the problem)

  4. Our side effects are so Extreme that we need any help we can get.

  5. It would prevent bad press for them in the future

We would just need to get their attention and make them see the above points and make clear its in their advantage to help.

I would appreciate any feedback on this idea.

Try it. IF you get any response it will probably be from their legal dept.

I doubt they would even consider looking into this since doing so might be considered an admission of guilt. They wont do anything until there is a gun to their heads. i.e. - its comes to the point where it might cost them millions of dollars. That doesnt seem likely from where Im sitting. I cant seem to get any law firm interested at all. And, if you’re Merck you dont want to waste on RD $ on PFS people. We are just crazies with active imaginations. They just want to find the new drug that will bring them in more cash.

But try it anyway. I dont want to be like this the rest of my life either…

Have been thinking about calling my Senator’s office. I know this is just a dream but would it be great to see those fucking weasels getting grilled on Cap Hill?

I think the only way accutane got put under investigation is because a congressman’s kid committ suicide that was taking it. Otherwise, it would be in the same boat as propecia. Stupak was the congressman I believe from Michigan. Look it up.

And…no, Merck is not going do anything. I’m not even going to explain why. Common sense.

The next step up is to get a court to force them to do something about it. I am still waiting for a pm from someone living in the US who willing to take this step and who took original Propecia (I will help get the case set up).
