Why does the crash occur?

I mean why is there such a big difference in collapse times between patients, one month two months three months or even over half a year? WTF? Is there a proper theory to explain this, it doesn’t seem to have anything to do with dose

There are so many unanswered questions about this condition, and this is one of the bigger ones. The answer is “nobody knows”, which is why more research is needed.
