Why does PFS take a few weeks til it occurs?

Do you guys have any thoughts for this mechanism?

This is all speculation obviously but if PFS causes some kind of autoimmune disorder as some have suggested it takes a couple of weeks to make antibodies against an antigen (not really sure what the antigen would be in PFS).

An immune mechanism could also explain why people have much worse reactions after trying finasteride a second or third time.

Realistically though we’re in the dark no one knows.
