How can I find this out… I need to isolate the receptors that make diphenhydramine make my sleep continuous @ 25mg ?
I have tried several medications with histamic action and 5HT action and none has given me that continuity on sleep.
On the other hand it makes me wake up tired… but if i could understand which receptors its touching at 25mg it could probably be helpful to me…
is it helping your libido as well?
Dyphenhydramine didnt help my libido, actually if anything it was the opposite.
I was takibg 12,5-25mg . sleep was continuous but i would feel fatigued next day. I think it was poor quality sleep.
I have been using with success and no side effects, as well as improved quality of sleep, a very low dose of mianserin: i take 30mg pills, break in 8 small pieces andtake one of them. Its around 3mg.
