Why do I feel so terrible after lifting weights?

I recently bought a bench press as I am stuck at home. I notice that when I work out I feel incredibly fatigued after and also suicidal. The negative affect is unbearable and I don’t seem to get that endorphin feeling.

Has anyone had this side effect and have any possible remedies?

It’s quite common.increasing test /dopamine/ endorphins is not got for some of us . Try doing less reps with lighter weights.

I have a really bad response to physical exertion. It doesn’t burn any fat and just leaves me feeling drained, brain fogged and sick feeling.
