He is some arsehole trying to make money off us PFS victims by charging us to chat with him via skype
He is simply offering counselling to PFS patients. Nothing overtly sinister.

I agree with Mark. Here’s a doctor who acknowledges pfs and offers realistic and necessary counseling. Only pfs guys would react negatively to that. You’re expecting too much if you think he can offer a cure.
