I was just wondering who some of the top people that work for Merck are.
I would like to write a letter to someone at the top.
Merck is aware of our situation, matter of fact someone from Merck will probably read this thread. In their eyes you and I are very expendable. You’d be better off contacting an attorney, your FDA, and /or your local federal represenative’s office. You MAY be able to get an attorney to sue Merck or more likely the Doc who percribed you Propecia. (Not sure how that would work in Canada) But, you’ll be contacting alot of firms. Malpractice insurance companies have huge law firms with alot of resources. Law firms have to make a big investment to sue. There probably is a firm who would take your case, but you’d have to turn over a few stones first. Get on a law firm soon, in New York you can only sue 18 months after last use of the drug. Dunno about Canada.
Its going to take someone with connections to get sick or cap themselves due to Finasteride before this ever gets on either the US or Canada’s radar IMO. Like what happened with accutane.
EDIT- On second thought go ahead and write them as if they have no idea about Finasteride. Save your letter to give to an attorney.
I know they don’t care.
I’m still just kind of wondering who these people are.
Read their annual report to find out the names of Management and the Board of Directors, and their titles.
