I do. 4.1 (previous test was 4.9). Bottom of range material.

Surely if we have autoimmune problems this would be a good marker?

Mine is also considered low. I only had it tested once, about 9 months ago. The coctor I went to see at the time commented on it. My RBC is also similar in terms of percent of range.
WBC 5.17 (range 3.40-11.80)
RBC 4.59 (range 4.20-5.90)
It could be indicative of a number of different things from what I read online. One thing you can say is Essentially it means the immune system is not strong and not functioning well.

How is your immune system? Do you get sick much? I don’t but yet my WBC is in the 4’s.
My red blood count is top level range though which is strange.

I also never used to get sick either. That’s what’s so strange, considering the WBC is so low in the range. I went at least 3 years without getting a cold. That all stopped once I began HC, which puts you at higher risk of getting infections. I began taking a high Vit C dose so that has helped.
The doctor I saw at the time, just mentioned it in kind of a “matter of a fact” kind of way. Like too many doctors, he was more interested in getting me out the door and quickly getting another patient in so nothing became of it.
Mine is a bit low
White Cell Count 5.6 (range 4.0-11.0)
Platelet count 170 (range 140-450)
Havent really gotten sick any more often than usual though.
I too have been tested for low WBC…HC hasnt affected me in that regard… I still never get sick…Not crazy low, but below the mid point, but I did have ring worn at the time, and that could have affected the reading perhaps?
