Who Exercises with PFS

Hi guys I’ve been researching pfs and common themes among us. Anybody that exercises 4+ days a week please post here. How long have you been exercising 4 or more days a week consistently and how long. Really appreciate input. Thanks guys

  2. What types of exercises? (Cardio weightlifting etc)

  3. How many days per week do you exercise?

  1. Exercising 2 months now
  2. Weightlifting
  3. 3days per week

I was doing sprinting in the beginning but I sprained my toe. Been healing real slow. Almost healed.
So far improvements is just being happier after each workout. I’ve been severely depressed lately I’ve been watching these Tedx videos on youtube about adversity cuz that is what we are going through. Also this week when I smoke vapor weed I get erections in the middle of the night. Only side effects I have are ED and numb orgasms.

weightlifting and calisthenics

5-6 days a week.
