Which hormones to test?

My GP is new to PFS. I searched but found different people doing different things. I’m suffering from what I believe is PFS-related sleep apnea. So I want to do some hormone testing. Which hormones should I ask for tests for? Right now my GP is just ordering testosterone, which will be useless.

These look good? What am I missing? Any to remove?
