Whey Protein. What's the consensus? Harmful, no change, or improvement?

Looking to take whey protein in general. Have people noticed any benefits, deterioration since whey consumption?


To build muscle as I am fairly skinny and my protein intake daily is half the amount it must be.

I have been taking 25 g (sometimes 50 g if I didn’t get enough protein from other sources) of whey daily for a little over a month now and haven’t noticed any change in my usual PFS symptoms.
