Whey Protein safe?

I’m thinking about getting back into the gym to build muscle and become overall healthier. Whey protein has been on my mind for years, but considering my predicament, I want to be positive it’s okay. Is there a specific brand or type of whey protein that should be safe?

In hindsight from past posts, whey protein is just amino acids and shouldn’t affect any of my hormones. Any thoughts appreciated!

For me it’s safe. I always use the ones without anything added though just to be safe.

That’s good to hear. I’m looking into the JackedFactory brands since it’s affordable and looks authentic. Also, I’m planning to mix the protein powder with L-Glutamine rather than Creatine since it seems to be safer based on PH consensus.
