Taking finasteride for two months,Stop using the drug for two years, no improvement,Can’t erect,Can I use Viagra to help me erect?
Sure you can, but it soes not increase your libido
my brother,Impotence in patients with pfs is neurological impotence, and it seems that Viagra is useless
I can honestly say with 100% confidence viagra works for me and many other here on this forum.
I’ve spoken to quite a few guys on this forum that can’t get errect since taking finasteride viagra or Cialis usually helps .
Try viagra if that doesn’t work then try Cialis the people i have spoken to have had success with one or the other but firstly go to your doctor explain your problem’s and how they all started i.e since taking Finasteride he / she may prescribe you viagra or Cialis this way you know it is genuine pharmaceutical grade.
The biggest problems with either of these drugs is that they don’t do much regarding sensitivity or libido and the longer you use them the less effective they seem to be so you end up increasing the dosage but even then the time frame that the drug works for decreases I’m at the point where 100mg will work for around an hour to two max.
I don’t think anyone really knows the true reason behind why finasteride has these persistent possibly permanent side effects i couldn’t say if the problem is neurological or physical for sure but many people think its blood flow issue.
Secondary hypogonadism is a recognised issue post finasteride.
My advice would be to consult a urologists have your hormone levels checked I’m currently going through this procedure myself.
I initially gave up on medical help due to negative opinions that doctors cant help.
I have had my fare share of negative experiences with doctors but after i tried a million and one things over the years with zero success i have now gone back to seeking medical assistance.
I have now been diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism and low testosterone levels awaiting further blood tests and some form of TRT.
I know that others have done this some have been successful and for some it hasn’t helped but we have to try every medical option in a controlled manor the stab in the dark approach self prescribing / drug trialing is not a controlled manor and without blood tests to see what is really happening with your hormones your pretty much going in blind possibly making matters worse for yourself.
I speak from experience I’ve tried to fix these issues myself for years trialing one thing after another from my conclusion is that its a pointless venture without medical assistance blood tests and pharmaceutical grade medications it leaves too many possibilities for error.
