Where To Start?

Hey guys,

I guess this is my attempt to finally resolve this matter.

I started using Proscar (divided in four pieces) in 2005, took a a year break from 2007 to 2008, started again in 2008 and finished for good in early 2009. Biggest mistake of my life. For me it’s mostly ed problems. I’ve been taking cialis when needed but want to find a better solution

Where do I start?

Blood tests? Adding supplements?

I bought some vitamin D (how much iu’s should I take?), and some triple ginseng blend. Is this a good place to start? I also plan on doing alot of cardio workouts (4 to 5 times a week) to help my cardiovascular system. Hopefully I see some results. Should I add another supplement to this (garlic maybe)?

Has anyone tried the cialis once a day with supplements?

The thing that confuses me is that no-one really knows what’s going on. No one has a real solution. Even the supplements people use here are all different! I’ve also signed up for the Dr. Irwig study & the Canadian lawsuit… It seems we’ve been suffering too long without any true results - kinda depressing.

Anyway guys, please help me out in where to start. I actually had a blood test of free testosterone which showed i was in the low normal range.

Hey dude,

I’m a fellow Ontarian. Your best bet to start is by posting in the member’s section in template form. The members on this board are very knowledgeable and will tell you what things you should get a blood test for. Blood tests speak volumes.

PM me if you want.

I’d say at least 5000 IU’s vit d couldnt hurt depending on how much your out in the sun. Daily low dose cialis is probably a good idea too.

Thanks for the replies guys…

boston332 - In’t 5000 iu’s too much for my liver though? Why that amount by the way, have you tried lower doses?

visionquest99 - Ill fill out that template as soon as I get a chance. What are you using as a supplements?

this_sux,

I agree with Boston 332. The vit D3 5k Iu is a no brainer. Your body can use up to this amount in a day anyway.

I’m a little confused as to why you would be concerned about taking a Vit, which is estentially replacing what your body is most likely missing, while you would conisder taking Cialis once a day? Let’s not forgot Cialis is a pharmaceutical drug and that’s what got us into this problem in the first place. I used it a couple of times, but no way in hell would I say take it every day.

Post what ever blood work you have done. “low normal range”, is that what your doctor said? Let’s have a look. If your a young guy, you shouldn’t be at the bottom of the range.
