Where the research will lead?

I wonder where the research will lead. Do you think they develop a drug that repairs Ligand and 5Alpha Reeductase? In 11 years a cure has not yet been found…

in my opinion, the driving factors of this condition have almost nothing to do with 5alpha reductase. otherwise, DHT based androgens would solve the issue.

It’s a scary thought because not many diseases in the world have actually been cured at all, but we’re in a new age era now, Crispr is something on the horizon that makes the impossible possible in regards to cures. Biotech industrys are going to start booming in the next few years and will put pressure or replace big pharmas if they don’t adapt. Competition can only be good for everyone and in my opinion the way the world works now, giving medications that treat or affect the whole body not just the thing you need to target is incredibly inefficient and old fashioned to me. Look at antidepressants, they affect every part of the brain not just the part’s we need, bandaid fixes can only work for so long until someone decides, let target the root problems. I could be wrong but i just think in order to advance, this is where we need to go.

For me there are much more economical interests if there is not a cure. In this way people will continue using drugs like viagra or cialis if they want to have a sex life.

Yes. Pharmacotherapy, especially cosmeceuticals, puts me in mind of “burning down the house to smoke out a rat.”

Can’t wait until this era is over.

How much have you taken? I have to take at least 100mg of viagra or it just wont work.

I have to take 100mg tablet then now and again 125 to 150mg to get it work and that only gives you one go and it’s over for the night.
To be honest the side effects of blocked nose heavy head and blood shot eyes are enough to make you want to pass out anyway.
It’s bearable now at this age but it all makes you wonder if your going to be able to bare it when your older if it doesn’t kill you

Viagra does not work not even high dosage, not even the vacuum device works. Does not flow blood. I am one of the most serious cases of the whole forum together with Axolotl.
