whats the working theory?

Hi guys

I have been suffering side effects for over a year, I have issues with erection and always have soft glans…but I also have emotional blunting, its like I cant feels emotions anymore as much, I know I love things and like doing things but I cant feel it

do many others have this as a side effect that has not yet stopped? I have been not taking propecia now for a year

does everyone feel less emotion? This adds to my sexual problems as I no longer get aroused in my mind as I did before the side effects

Also I was wondering what the general working theory is about what has happened to cause this? and why is it so similar to the ssri caused PSSD? Is serotonin involved also?

I’m depressed and oddly I’d say I can’t feel it, or happiness either. My pet of 20+ years I had to put down recently. I wanted to feel sad and scarily, I felt nothing. Just thinking about that almost frightens me. There was a study recently, It may be on the boards here that showed those on finasteride had less impulse to drink alcohol. The pleasure / sadness neuro receptors seem switched OFF, imo.
