Here is what I have tried, and the results.
L-Arginine - Little to no effect. I notice that I need at least .5 - 1 gram or more for me to feel this at all.
It does not seem to affect my libido much, and I didn’t notice it do much for my erections.
I took L-Arginine for about 2 - 3 weeks, not too strictly.
Tribulus - I think i had mild placebo effects from this. Definitely nothing noticeable. I also stacked this with the L-Arginine.
Mild to no effects.
Zinc and ZMA - ZMA makes has a 75% chance of making me slightly off balance the next day. I will have slight trouble speaking coherently sometimes. This has seemed to help my Libido, Erections and Ejaculate amount.
Straight 30MG pills of Zinc with 2 MG of Copper seems to work great. I take this 2 times a day, for a max of 90MG Zinc (1 dose ZMA 2 dose Zinc, 1 or 2 Dose Copper pills).
When I take the Zinc/ZMA (Zinc alone has the same effect you do not need ZMA it is a bit of a rip off) I have a much better libido, erections and ejaculation. Some times it is a lot better, usually I am less than half of what I was at best, with some really good days.
Viagra - This stuff will get yo hard, I tried Generic. This stuff will not touch your libido though. It just gets you hard. You will not have the drive to have fun with your hard on. But it will be there to get you through the worst side effect stages.
I don’t need it as much to get hard though, I used to have bad erection problems from 1 month - 9 months off. Now at 1 year and 2 months off, things have been more stable. I am at about 20% of what I was, which is better than 0%.
Cialis - It works, but at a cost. You will have an easier time getting hard for about 2 days sometimes a bit longer, but it can give you very annoying cold like symptoms. Again this does not do anything for your libido. I have only taken it about 3 times, and it has always given me odd cold symptoms, which were not pleasant at all.
I would highly recommend the Viagra (generic is fine) over this.
Exercise - Lifting weights and doing cardio probably help, I wouldn’t know because I always exercise.
So far Zinc has been the best thing I have taken.
It seems to have helped the most, though I only regularly took it after I had quit propecia for a year.
