What type of diet do you guys eat?

I got PFS in September and immediately started eating cd nuts style (paleo diet). However since a subsequent crash and worsening of my mental symptoms, I’ve started adding in a lot more junk food. I know this isn’t ideal but it’s one of the few things that gives me any joy (apart from being with my girlfriend).

So my question to you all is, what kind of diet do you eat? How do you cope?

I don’t have a preference or meal plan yet. I eat all food, not junk though… lots of carbs (mostly in the day) , lots of meat too and less unhealthy fats and oils. Now trying to throw in more greens now!

I’ve done it all. It seems eating has no impact at all in my symptoms. Like you, junk food makes me happy

Lol yea its weird, when i eat junk food I get happy but sad at the same time because i know i should be eating healthy

eating the same diet i’ve ate my entire lifes… a well balanced one ensuring i get all my vitamins and minerals and macro nutrients every single day

and this doesn’t mean i’m eating super health organic gluten free bullshit. i’m eating whatever i want as long as it fulfill my vitamin and mineral requirements

I felt by far worst when I ate a paleo diet.

Lately I got very addicted to sugar and junk food, cause its one of the few things I get enjoyment. Results: I gained 10lbs within a month and ruined all my progress regarding my body fat goal (10%). Need to get back on track, its very hard with pfs.
