What to eat during the day?

I’m going on a ketogenic diet and I know what to eat for lunch and dinner. But what can I eat in the afternoon and at breakfast?

All I research here is a 5ari or/and has beta-sitosterol or/and is estrogenic. I am already very skinny and can not lose more weight. So what can I eat constantly to try to put on weight while not avoiding the ketogenic diet?

Perhaps you could list the fruits of your research here - what is on your list that is ok and what have you found that isn’t. You might find that more people will contribute to a knowledge base if you’re offering something.

Snacks: Brazil nuts, walnut, peanuts, sunflower seeds.
Fruits: apple, orange, melon, watermelon, mango, grape, banana.
