what protein supplement can be used

I’ve used a soy protein shakes for the last 5 weeks and this did not help my condition at all. Then I read on this forum that one should avoid soy at all cost. I also read not to use creatine.

I need around 80-100 grams of protein per day. This is really hard for me to get from just eating healthy so I’d like to use some sort of supplement.

My question is what if any protein supplement can be used which does not raise estrogen levels? There are so many different sorts of protein-shake supplements.

Why can’t you get protein through normal food?

Real whole food is always best. If you have to use a protein powder supplement (I guess as a post-workout shake), and arent lactose intolerant try to get pure undenatured whey concentrate (not isolate), unflavored, unsweetened. If you are lactose intolerant try a whey isolate, or pea, or hemp protein. Good thing about undenatured whey concentrate is that it contains immune-system supporting lactoferrin and immunoglubulins that isolate doesnt have. Casein containing products can be allergenic. Whey protein also is alkalizing to the body, for those who think it matters.
