What order?

I can’t remember if you’re suppose to start with fixing adrenals, hormones, then neurotransmitters?

Sound right, or are the last two switched?

Thanks in advance.

I dont have the time to look right now but im pretty sure its on the “Stop the Thyroid Madness” website. Check it out.

From my knowledge, you need to fix adrenals first, then thyroid, then testosterone, estrogen and then start backfilling the hormones that will be shut down by TRT like Pregnenelone and DHEA.

If all of that fails then look into Nuerotransmitters etc…

If that fails, start looking for more obscure things like gut problems, liver issues, candida etc…basically do a Dr House until you hopefully find the problem.

Also before all of that, you should check that your vitamins and minerals are all up to scratch and there are no deficiencies.

Zinc for example is responsible for around 30% of your Testosterone production and is vital to prostate health amongst about 300 other actions in the body.

Magnesium is another one that is notoriously low. Low Magnesium equals low DHEA for a start which can equal low testosterone.

Iodine is vital for thryoid function. Fluride in drinking water depletes Iodine as well.

The list goes on and on. You’ve gotta make sure your getting good quality vitamins and minerals and dont think that a multivitmin will cure a deficiency. Deficienies take work to correct and a good naturapath can help find them and get them back on track.
