What is your meal plan?

For those who have sensitivities to food (worsening from eating certain foods), what diet do you guys follow?

What do you eat (for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) and what do you avoid?

Someone recommended Porridge (oatmeal) for breakfast a while back and I have that most days now. It’s good for energy, slow to digest and good for fibre. I think it helps my general digestion issues too. I normally put some raisins or chopped banana in it.

Other than that, I don’t have any specific things I do.
