What is your best/ most effective supplement?

I thought it would be a good idea to make an up to date thread which outlined and had some information on the supplements that have worked best for everyone on this forum. The thread could be useful for anyone after the best natural supplement (because there are so many), in particular new forum members and long time sufferers interested in new things to give them a boost.

Personally, Tribulus combined with L-arginine at high doses gave me a real kick and a close to normal feeling for a week. Timed release melatonin as well as 5 HTP are fantastic for sleep.

Magnesium used to be my favorite, but it seems to have lost its effectiveness. First few times was great though.

The best sup I´ve use was by far, Cissus Quadrangularis.

Unfortunately it gave me anxiety, so I had to stop. It also gave me acne.

In that order. Had quite a few others with great effect that tapered off.

Probably forgetting some. Although by body seems to be healither in some aspects from that none of them have touched the Fin sides really.

This stuff puts serotonin way up (I posted a study somewhere on here, it basically helps lipid levels, blood sugar levels, and also raises serotonin), which relaxes you and makes you more “pleased”.
I used the stuff for awhile and it’s crazy how good it made me feel. After a work out I would feel completely content, and a 9/10 overall on mood. I remember a few times walking home from the gym and just thinking “man I feel amazing right now”. It reminded me of being a kid, it’s just like the amazing calm, happy feeling, I literally would smile for no reason for an hour or two when I mixed it with vitamin D and rhodiola. But don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t like a drugged out high, it felt natural enough. But while I was on it I can safely say I felt the best I have in regards to mood as I have in probably 6 years+.
The only thing I didn’t like is it seems to kill my libido. I’m definitely going to try some more in the future though.

I’m not sure I could pick “one supplement” I liked the best. But I’ve tried essentially everything I can get my hands on, I could honestly list over a hundred things easily.
Resversatrol, Vitamin D, NAC, ALCAR are right up there and what I would consider staples though. Then I have things I take as needed like sulbutamine, pyro-glumaic acid, piracetam, rhodiola, choline etc.

One day I’ll compile a list with my feelings on each, but that would be a sizable under-taking, and a lot of them I tried a long time ago.

For me Tribulus was a very good supplement and I might get a big tub to serve me all year.

Rhodiola from jarrow, made a huge differance in my case, energy, mood ,sleep ,fatloss .

Wellness Optimizer, from jarrow is very good in my case also, :smiley: Very much more alpha feeling(normal feeling) on this one, not increase libido but bigger balls.

I’ve been debating whether to post in the recovery section… I will for sure if I stay the same for another 2 weeks, which would bring my ‘feeling pretty damn good about things’ stretch to 6 weeks.

Cut all my vitamins in half, dropped the yohimbine. Basically what put me from 75%/80% to 90%-95% has been ashwagandha and triple ginseng.

1 GNC triple ginseng blend at noon 480 mg… Someone here had success with it, I must thank them for sharing.

1 NOW Ashwagandha 450mg at bedtime… At the suggestion of my Naturopath to regulate my cortisol.

Two remarkable things happened - and I say that because it’s been 15 months coming. First was regular (and I mean regular!) morning erections. I can easily count on one hand, or 2 fingers, the number of times I woke with a woody in the last 15/16 months since I stopped propoison.

Second thing I’m giddy about is the head of my penis. It’s been so long that I just came to accept the arrowhead like look of it as being somewhat normal. For the last month it’s more like a mini firemans helmut… full, rounded, sensitive.

Looking at it now while soft, it looks 30% bigger than what it previously look like hard. When I’m erect, it’s probably close to at least 75%+ the size.

I must say that I was not in a bad place a month ago. I was about 75%, so it might have been easier for these supps to work on me… plus it’s been 15/16 months, anyways.

I honestly think everyone should give them a shot… and I wouldn’t say something like that if I thought it would cause even the slightest setback.

I just started drinking licorice tea and it has also helped me a lot. I hope it’s effects don’t wear off like all the other things I’ve tried. Anyone know how many cups are safe to drink a day?

Be careful. These unani herbs can be dangerous and can cause sexual issues. There are mant cases of hypogonadism due to ignorant self treating with herbs. However used properly in correct combinations and quantities and via a professional they do work, i am testament but you need to be treat by a qualified unani herbalist.

Ashwagandha is a unani herb in regulating cortisol and is good as is Rhodiola. Again, nauropaths do not understand these herbs as well as unani specialists and i would be wary of a nauropath who maybe has done a course and obtained a certifcate but will not be able to understand the complexities of these unani herbs as it is not their field. These unani hakims have studied herbs like ashwagandha, tribulus and Rhodiola for 100s of years of passed down knowledge. People can be harmed through ignorance.

Most these effective herbs people talk about here, they are from unani such as safed musli, rhoeilia, trib, ashwgandha. This medicine system understands hormone modulation better than any system on the planet. It has allowed 70 year old men to resume sexual activities. Allowed Maharajahs and emperors to satisfy concubines.

I rarely take l-arganine anymore due to diminishing returns. Sometimes I need sea salt but usually put it on food because drinking it has made me tend to be full of rage. Been getting that often in the last 5 months, it’s a symptom of low cortisol. If anyone knows other causes please let me know. It’s really blind rage when I have to force myself to do anything that requires a little physical effort or brain power. A lot of effort and I just get tired.

Weed and vitamin d are my two main ones now, vit d I take daily at least 5000 iu and weed maybe once a month if I need muscles to relax or have nerve pain.

I had fantastic results initially on Tongkat; lost its effect due to over use. Currently cycling 6-7 T boosters so that each one does not lose its effect but honestly not 100% sure this is doing anything. Will continue until I run out. Taking normal vitamins (D,C,E, Fish Oil, ZMA every day) - also not much to ntoice

Taking Sativa and Stinging Nettle Root - now on third day and have noticed some real improvement in shrinkage BUT I think it is too early to claim success (I’ve been there before). I will update later
