What is the best Treatment for brain fog? Not sure if i have brain fog or just really bad depression.

If by brainfog u mean no mental clarity, and almost a lightheadedness feeling or feeling of your head being “in the clouds”…then hydrocortisone completely got rid of this for me. It took me about 4 months of messing around with doses and timing before i finally felt a ton better!

Do you still have to use hydrocortisone?
Yup. 2 weeks ago I lowered the total dose by 25% and still feel good. I will try to come completely off over time. No idea how that will work though.
Hey Moonman, just wondering, did hydrocortisone help because you had low cortisol / adrenal insufficiency? I’m experiencing the same lightheadedness symptoms at the moment, so trying to learn the most I can.

That’s a GABA and Neurosteroid issue which is proven by studies on PFS. Supplement them.
