WTF is missing from our genital skin that it feels numb when I touch through my pants.When I touch the actual skin it feels like rubber!?!
Is it DHT? My DHT is low at 220 (300-850) ?
Is it E2? My e2 is low at 12pg/,ml (11.5-43)
Its not a nerve cause I can feel a scratch, and my scrotum is always tight, no morning/spontatenous wood and no libido.
You can try but a superba if you’re concerned about DHT

Indeed it is caused by damage of the pudendal nerve. I have been diagnosed with it and melcanci has shown it in one of his studies. He said it is caused by the altered hormone state in pfs. Once pfs would be resolved, the nerve should be able to heal slowly…
I just did a EMG of the sphincter, that should a little bit more damage on the right side of s2/s3. The specialist reccomeneded I do a SSEP of the pudendal nerve. As well as functional imaging.
I have normal t (650) but low DHT 220 (300-850)
