Its not a nerve cause I can feel a scratch, and my scrotum is always tight, no morning/spontatenous wood and no libido.
You can try but a superba if you’re concerned about DHT

Indeed it is caused by damage of the pudendal nerve. I have been diagnosed with it and melcanci has shown it in one of his studies. He said it is caused by the altered hormone state in pfs. Once pfs would be resolved, the nerve should be able to heal slowly…
I just did a EMG of the sphincter, that should a little bit more damage on the right side of s2/s3. The specialist reccomeneded I do a SSEP of the pudendal nerve. As well as functional imaging.

Penis sensitivity is my biggest problem and no morning erections. Third most is probably depression.
Thing is this has gotten worse and worse over the years. Worse after clomid. Even worse after adex. And really bad after penis PRP with Goldstein that left me very bruised.
Honestly if I could cure this I could probably have sex again. Hard to keep erections when your dick feels nothing.
