I’ve recently noticed myself feel better (breathing became almost normal, felt more relaxed and calm, no weird head pressures/burning sensations in parts of my head) after I ate (please don’t laugh-i’m serious here) a hamburger as well as sushi with seaweed.
The hamburger meat apparently has tons of zinc, which may help with any deficiency with what this shit has decimated or decreased in our bodies.
The seaweed in sushi apparently relaxes and soothes the adrenal glands; which actually help maintain and regulate healthy or unhealthy stress levels in the body.
