What helps - Try eating Hamburgers (don't laugh) and seaweed in sushi

I’ve recently noticed myself feel better (breathing became almost normal, felt more relaxed and calm, no weird head pressures/burning sensations in parts of my head) after I ate (please don’t laugh-i’m serious here) a hamburger as well as sushi with seaweed.

The hamburger meat apparently has tons of zinc, which may help with any deficiency with what this shit has decimated or decreased in our bodies.

The seaweed in sushi apparently relaxes and soothes the adrenal glands; which actually help maintain and regulate healthy or unhealthy stress levels in the body.

Interestingly enough, coming back from a night out with friends(during which i felt like crap) we stopped by the local burgerworld and i decided to have me a late night hamburger, and oddly enough, i slept like a log for the first time in weeks!

Since stopping propecia and after falling asleep; I usually wake up in the middle of the night and have breathing problems. I also feel the onset of panic attack coming on.

I still can’t understand and accept that this drug can have such a long half life and fuck you up so bad. I am seriously looking into a law suit.
