Your question does not make sense
Nobody knows because nobody has studied it. It’s up to the communities with these conditions to advocate for themselves as much as other communities do in order to compete for scientific attention. There isn’t some international scientific tooth fairy who just grants people cures for conditions just because they obtained them unfairly.
The good news is also that it hasn’t been studied yet. There’s every reason to believe therapies could be available in fairly short order if only a halfway serious research effort could be put forth.

I’m pretty sure that what Baylor is. If you expect the community to even consider funding an essentially identical direction of research to Baylor you are dreaming.
