what diet is the best for brainfog?

what you think guys? i tried out different variations… i think heavy stuff like bread and paste make it worse… also sugars…

how about fruits?
how about cheese, curd, joghurt and milk?
how about rice?

i´m looking for an good anti-. brainfog diet… some people are on 100 % rawfood. It hink thats good but fruits also contains lots of sugars? or this this kind different?
