What are your preffered 5AR activators?

  • For me at the moment are protodioscin, Shorgum and PhospatedilSerine. Definetly a diffence when Im using this.

Phosphatidilnserine is a 5ar activator?!

I have had adverse reactions to Sorghum… I guess must be allergic to it …

The only things that help me are:-

  • Ionic boron (increases free testosterone)
  • Spinach (increases 5AR)
  • Selenium (for increasing semen volumne)

I definitely recommend ionic boron … !!
