I just wanted to address the ‘watery semen’ side effect that many users here note. Personally mine was relatively thick, but after being on tamoxifen for a month it now turns watery much more quickly (never even noticed any “watery-ness” before).

“The secretions of the prostate gland contain several chemicals, of which prostate specific antigen (PSA) is probably the most interesting. PSA is an enzyme, a catalyst that causes biochemical reactions, in this case a type of enzyme called a coagulase. The prime function of PSA is to liquefy the clotted semen, so that the spermatozoa can escape from it and swim off to fertilise the ovum (egg) in the woman’s reproductive tract.”
I imagine then that in my own case the increased testosterone has also increased stimulation of the prostate, leading to a higher PSA content in my semen.
For the people here who experienced watery semen, was it such that it was always observed to be watery, never coagulating like it’s supposed to?
If so, this would seem to indicate high PSA in the semen, and maybe even an “overstimulated” prostate.
