Was this my "crash"?

I didn’t have the common crash shortly after stopping Fin.

Instead I had this:

About 5 months AFTER I stopped Fin, I got this awesome warm feeling all over my body. I could feel it course through my body, even my eyelids. This felt like a “healing” experience. It lasted about 2 hours then I went cold.

After this “event”, my eyes went from burning, to straight up dry. I also got tinnitus and itchy skin after this.

I’m guessing this is the “DHT rush” people mention, but waaayyyy later???

It’s almost like the DHT came back, overwhelmed my body, then it shut down.

Oh, I had most of the sexual sides for about 2 weeks after this, but they went away. I’m still stuck with all the other crap.

Any ideas?

I’m going forward assuming this was my DHT rush and crash.

I’m also curious if people count their “recovery start date” from the point they stopped Fin, or from the point of their crash.

So your libido is as it was prior to Propecia? Hairloss persisted?

If yes then no I’d imagine DHT is functioning perfectly normal. All the other sides probably accumulate from the damage of inhibiting it, yet I imagine they’ll all reverse within time.

I got blurry vision and burning eyelids while on the drug. This made me stop.

5 months later I had my “crash.” Had libido issues for a couple of weeks. Other than that, libido has been pretty much untouched.

After crash got tinnitus, severe itchy/dry skin. Burning eyelids turned to dryness feeling.

Lost some of the hair I gained, but I think this may be hair gained from Rogaine foam, which I was taking at the same time. Definitely haven’t reached pre fin hair loss.

Basically, I’m not producing sebum. I think that’s the issue.

My guess is androgen shutdown or insensitivity. Uneducated guess of course.
